It's OK. I know you could do better on that hair. I can see you were being just lazy and just did some one direction scribbling in most cases. Besides, I am thinking that your focus was more onto the eyes more than anything. Not only they are colored, I find the value changed between the dark and light to be pretty good. I find the eyes are the best when it comes to details. But other than that, I think you did good on the details doing the rest of the face. The tones of the face from dark to light seems pretty accurate, and the technique works well.
The one thing I found a bit awkward is that on the left side (which his her right, and is your left). I don't know, it looked like her side of that head was... Kind of wide. Then again, maybe it's because her face look like it's kind of turning. I don't know.
