Although he looked like Martha, he loved her as if she were his new wife not some Martha look-a-like replacement, that doesnt seem like something Jefferson would do. Because with Martha he loved her spirit. Sally "looked" like her kinda but she was a totally diff person, and he still loved her and RESPECTED her not raped, or forced her. totally out of jeffersons personality!
