Description Part of my "Lakeside"-series. This photo was taken before it started raining and before the wind brought back the fog over the lake. But although the sun came out for some minutes it was terribly cold and she really froze standing barefoot and with a dress on a rock.

It's simply a great location.
And the red dress fitted perfectly to the wood and the lake. I'm always surprised about how green the water looks...

Yes, I'm a lucky girl.
Thank you for your words... Of course a photographer needs a bit talent to take good pictures but I wouldn't be able to do this without good models.

Personally, I think the model is the most important factor ... no matter how good the photographer, if the model is awkward ... the shot doesn't work ...

That's really true! Of course the photographer also needs some skills or a bit talent but without a good model it's really difficult to take something good. Portraits are even working when you've enough time. Most of all b/w ones... because in this style nearly everyone looks interesting.
