this started out as a 'wind spirit' but i wanted to throw color on there you know more than the white/pastels/yellows/blues that seem to be very 'air color'sadly i went darker than i meant to D: BUT I STILL LIKE IT.

Cloud people Idea is cool. Having random / odd bits turning into clouds, hair, dress, skin, jewelry, thats pretty neat idea. Kinda like mist or something.
Lovin the dabbled blues of the water colors on hair. Very interesting neat texture.

i drew it in Copics... and have a bottle of the 'colorless blender' i though it wouldn't be so 'liquid' so i dropped come on, and continued to try to smooth the effect.

Ooh, this was impressive in just the little cell phone preview you sent me, even better all big. I love the water droplet effect on her sleeves, to me she looks like the beginning of a rainbow after a thunderstorm.
