Chef was the original Prince of Hearts, the most powerful of the 4 Kingdoms. He had a pet Chinchilla, dark-blue/light-blue striped in color. He has a talent with the violin. Even then, as he was raised to be a gentleman, he put up with Tea when they finally met.

When they found out they were arranged to be married, this having happened before they were born, they were both a bit hesitant (teenage rebellion phase), but agreed to meet since it was tradition. Tea was a bit more stubborn however. But in the end, they grew fond of each other~
