You know, while looking at your gallery and always loved the drawings with bright colors the most (that one from Himiko really made my heart beat fast). I also noticed we color kind of similarly when you do so, with highly saturated primary colors and it made me truly happy. I was just wondering how it could be and then I came accross this piece of art here and it was just "...oh..." Well, everything makes sense now. Of course we'd have similar coloring styles when we both use Akiakane as a reference and I just bursted into laughter at the realization. In the end, birds of feather flock together, right?
Please keep up the the good work, I really love your art a whole lot~

Akiakane is my main senpai of colouring haha i even have one of her artbooks because her style is beautiful.
(about this picture, sometimes I draw her a drawing on her birthday since is the same month as mine --and I always get excited because she answer me XD).
You know when I see artists that paint with primary colours or something like her style I wonder If they know about akiakane XD
(and sometimes they know XD) but since in pixiv there are way too many artists like this she's not the only one so is a coincidence we both like them!
First time I saw your style it came to my mind too haha. I really like artists like you who use a vibe/bright style of painting. It's soo nice! You are really good.

I've always considered her coloring style very unique and every once in a while I also ask myself if other artists use her as a guideline, it just happened that I could confirm it with you sdfydsgfyugdsyua I didn't kno wher bday was on august until seeing your drawings, now I'll look forward to the month in order to see your bday pieces as well~~

I still feel a little stuck into making it the best and using colors 100% fearlessly, but the chaotic ones are my favourites~~ You're very welcome! I read that journal and woow I'm glad you're drawing the way you like now.
That remind me..Some years ago, when I began to try new ways of painting there was a time when I felt in the shadow of few famous artists (like Akiakane but others too)
but after a while I started to develop my own style and well ... the metaphor of the cake sums it up all haha. I agree with what you say. In addition,
I met several artists on pixiv, deviantart, twitter.... and if we try we can see similarities in all of us ... so I stopped worrying about it.
And about commissioners, when we change some can stop following us but that change can also attract new people who like our style. No worries.

Ah, I get your feeling... I think every one of us gets like that every once in a while, right? It's nice to know that you also found yourself within the many references we get, haha~ There are times I even start asking myself what's my real style, since it has changed a whole lot from the beginning, but in the end is all me, right? The same way your drawings are all you, even if your style changed over the years, that's something important we need to be reminded of every once in a while. And not comparing with other artists, as hard as it might be, lol.
Yes! Some have stopped commissioning me, but I've gained others that like my current style. I even have patrons now, something I wouldn't dare to think of a few years ago! New things have always been scary to me and I'm sure it won't change any time soon... but being scary doesn't mean I won't try them anyway, even though I might take a little longer than others usually do, haha.
