Interesting, the image in the foreground represents a type of X-ray? The title "Possibility" makes me think about the possibilities of see the facts from our point of view (angles, beliefs, etc). Perhaps we can see through the soul of this art (I mean, we can see beyond our sense of vision, for example).

That is freehand, I think if it was lined with a ruler you would get a pretty weird sense of 3D.
