Yay! Finally a picture that satisfies my sudden obsession for Jak and Daxter.
The perspective was bitch to draw though....Okay, before anyone says anything, I've never played any of the Jak games. I've only watched the cutscenes to 2, 3, and X. I really liked the outfit Jak wears in X, so relying on what I've seen in the cutscenes and concept art, this became the end result... even though there isn't any non-vehicular gun shooting in Jak X. Oh well.
Oh yeah, and I also want to comment on the excellent character animations in all of Naughty Dog's games. I love watching cutscenes from all of their games because the characters' facial expressions are awesomely accurate and the lip syncing is flawless.
(Ironically, the only game I've ever played by Naughty Dog is Crash Bandicoot: Warped... 0_o)

I like the peice, though it's a shame you haven't played the games in the series yet. There is nothing quite like the first time you've killed yourself and Daxter's mug shows as the last thing you see, with some smarta$$ coment. Not to mention guard jumping.

haha, yeah I gotta get the Jak & Daxter Collection and play all of them sometime. I've watched my brother play the first game and it was refreshing to see such a cool, whimsical platformer that you don't see much nowadays.

The commercials for the series were pretty funny too. I remember that they kept the same theme for the first game to the second game.

You need to play Jak 2.
You can steal someone elses hovercar then when you want to stop you can jump off it and watch it go off on its own or watch it crash into a wall. xDD

Awesome, just love the way you made Jak look, you can realy see the predator instincts in his eyes, and you know that whatever is infront of him is going to wish it hadn't been there.

Man, it's been a long time since I've seen a good piece of Jak and Daxter fanart.
I love the angle, and I don't think I've ever seen a picture of Jak in his JakX outfit with the Morph gun, he looks really cool. You also did a really nice job with the gun, and I should know, I've spent countless hours looking at official images to make my Morph Gun pictures. I just posted a revised edition a few weeks ago in fact.
Funny, one of the best bit's of fan art I've seen in a long time comes from someone who hasn't even played the game! You should really consider picking up a copy!
