A winged horror from beyond the stars, it sees panoptically thanks to Tzeentch's gift of ocular growths. Secrets of the universe are written in the runes on its wings, and wherever it goes, a storm surely follows

An effort of several hours, the starry effect under the wings is manually added using a soft light overlay of a starfield in photoshop, and the eyes were generated via inpainting. The wings themselves are transplanted from another generation

Although i started today making chaos horses as a joke, this one was a serious job
