They both do exist :3 Leucism [link] is reduced pigmentation, so they're not completely lacking in melanin (black pigmantation). Whereas albinism [link] is lack of melanin with lack or complete loss of pigment in the skin, eyes and hair. Partial albinism allows them to have blue eyes :3
