This looks really good. I've always been a fan of strong female characters, and a red dress almost always compliments that perfectly. This is not an exception to it. The red is extremely striking.

Wow she looks spectacular, I like her whole pose and the rain adds a great affect. I would only say that it would be better if her eyes were not red but I guess thats just personal opinion.
