Concept: illustration for my ghost stories book (school assignment), depicting a Japanese doll (paired with a story about how lifelike these creations are that their hair actually grows). I have a version where the doll is wearing a blue kimono, but since I've been told that the red looks creepier, that's what I'm including in my book.

Technical: I could've done the hair better, but overall I'm happy with the pic.
