Design by me -I remember breaking my brain over
how i wanted his quils to look, lmaoo
Dark Blue also seems to be my favorite colors to
use on characters π€ I've noticed
His arm cuffs are based on Majin Buu's arm Cuffs
( Buu's designs was always badass to me )
The jacket is based off of police S.W.A.T vest's
eith some neon blue highlights for extra cool points lmaooo
He originally was going to be a husky, but i settled for
a hedgehog, cause it made more sense with hair
