Long time no see. Here's a speed drawing of my OC as an illustration for some text related to my original universe o.O/. Written by me, translated by my awesome, marvelous, gorgeous, amazing, beautiful, please-stop-complementing-yourself co-author. Hope you like it.

"Before Beliyo’il fled Heaven and Gardeil became the head of the Secret Police, it had been Raguel who dealt with all security issues and rights of citizens of Heaven, while leading the so-called “Security Service”. She was believed to be the most tyrannous, merciless and harsh person walking the heavens. The whole concept of reprisal could be considered her child. All civil wars and dissenters marches that occurred as a result of new measures taken against the dissentients were forcefully crushed by – guess what – new reprisals. Totalitarianism, yay!

During Great War I Raguel proved to be an outstanding leader while defending the lower heavens – the first line of defense – making the impossible possible where it could and couldn’t be done. Because of her actions she became Michael’s right hand, leg, wing and ear. After the war Raguel received all sorts of rewards and earned the title of one of the three commanders of the army of Heaven. Trying to preserve her control over the angels, Raguel by all means insisted on keeping her authority as an interior minister. All her requests were dismissed.

She was however successful in abolishing the Security Service, over which she no longer had control, and creating the Secret Police (which was cut from the same cloth). The purpose of the latter was to provide counterintelligence support, to ensure safety of the leadership, to propagandize, to put sanctions in case of any opposition and to directly hunt down and punish “traitors”. The Secret Police was officially recognized as a powerful War Department and was taken under command of higher command authority (Michael and three commanders: Raguel, Gabriel and Sariel).

The leader post of the new organization was taken by Gardeil, a former Security Service officer under Raguel’s command. Raguel herself retired from the interior minister post, passing her responsibilities to Gardeil, whom she always considered her apprentice."
