Description
Seiki is a member of the Tomoe clan who joined the revolutionary group Kakumei as a subordinate of Meinu Imai. She was given a mission by Oshio Uchiha, the leader of the organization, that plays a crucial role in the defeat of Naruto Uzumaki and the capture of the Kyubi.

As a member of the Tomoe clan, she beneficiates of the blessing of the goddess Naobi, which gives her an innate superior strength, durability, chakra reserve and life force, on par with the Uzumaki and Senju clans. As a kunoichi, she uses mostly Doton and close-combat weapons such as daggers.
After joining Kakumei, she was taught by Meinu Imai and learned the traditional methods of kunoichi, being the use of deceptive seduction and trickery. She's not as good as her mistress with these, but uses them more often since she can't rely much on her fighting skills.

Personality:
Seiki considers that she spent all her youth clueless about the world, trapped in between the walls of Ketsugakure, her clan's home village. She easily left herself be manipulated by Meinu and was convinced to run away from the village to join the capital, where she'll serve her new mistress. Discovering the outside world, and most importantly a society where both men and women exist, she developed a quiet fascination for the apparent patriarchy that exists in most of the world and that her home village doesn't know about.
When she first met Oshio Uchiha is the first time she felt like she was developing affection in a romantic way for someone. She didn't obsess about him too much, and only considered this a proof to herself that she was capable of feeling love for men.
Not much in command of her own life, she easily lets her mind and will be played with and taken advantage of by her superiors. It is with no remorse that she voluntarily gifts all her person to who she thinks have higher life purposes than her.
