Given that Bittersteel was 3 years older, I think Brynden would have had his shade of being bullied by him already as children whatever they met. So Shiera favoring him would feel like a big victory, l thinkΒ
Funny enough, this also reminds me of a idea for a possibly coming one-shot that princess Daenerys, their royal sister, were actually not that fond of Daemon when they all were children and would rather prefer Brynden as a parther in a small tea party. Why? Because he does not try to kiss her and force his presence on her!

I mean, with Daemon been given Blackfyre by their father and the rumours about Daeron possibly not being the King's son, his favoritism of Daemon would perhaps give Daemon the idea of that he may actually have a chance of marrying Daenerys, while Brynden later likes Shiera

I keep zooming into his face because the image is larger here than on Insta, and HOT DAMN!!!! Fantastic chemistry in this scene, I can imagine they were both so intense and enigmatic in their love. Bravo!

yeah that's definitely a draw back of instagram; sometimes i used to add a zoomed-in, cropped version of the drawing for more detailed drawings, but after a while I got lazy 
also these two have officially ruined my heart, I want to know more about them, I hope eventually one day George will give us some more insight on their relationship

I hope we get more info in Fire and Blood!!! I loooved what little we got of Bloodraven in The Hedge Knight, I want more! Everything about him is so fascinating. I hope in the books Sam stumbles upon an account of Bloodraven's tenure as Lord Commander, it would be amazing to learn more about his time on the Wall. Your drawing of him is not helping my burgeoning crush on him, he's so fine!

I KNOW, hopefully George will eventually finish Dunk and Egg's stories one day and we'll get some more first hand insight from there too. It makes me so upset over his characterization in the TV series, just another reason to hate David & Dan. They're such morons.Β

Don't worry, you two. The 3-Eyed-Raven from the SHOW isn't Bloodraven: he said he had been in the tree for a THOUSAND years (at least 800 before Brynden's birth), lacks the birthmark and one eye, mentions nothing of his past and has hardly the attitude of a warrior.Β
If Bloodraven's life appears on TV, he won't end up like in the books, but there's still tons of cool stuff to show about him.
