Oh well thank you! I have a tool called paintbrush in SAI that I use, it's color blending is just really high so that is how I achieved that look

Thanks I really loved drawing him, I was gonna draw him with a ponytail to see how it looked, but it didn't work out in this picture, so hopefully in the next one!
