I'm curious now...with the way the glass is connected to the wings, can (s)he fold or spread them anymore than they are in the picture?

Well, I heard about the possibility that Flan apparently fashioned her wings out of random things at the castle, so I guess they wouldn't be able to move at all, nope. Not that it matters, you don't need wings to fly in Gensokyo anyways~
