Drew this awhile ago using Manga Studio EX. Awesome program if you can't get ahold of screentones where you live.It's Ichimaru Gin from Bleach. (one of my fave characters) :3

Nice. You got the grin really well . . . I find that most artists don't. Gin is one of my favorite characters, and the happy/evil really shines through here.
