Fun fact: this is something everybody mistaken, (which is understandable for a good reason), but Naomasa and All Might actually didn’t meet each other yet during the scar incident. It’s actually sometime before All Might met Midoriya.
he was shown already in present true form, so made sometime a year or two ago. It’s shown in a BNHA spinoff where Naomasa went to meet Mr. Yagi and learned about his secret in possibly the funniest way possible.

I can assure you that I knew that already. This was supposed to be a scene happening AFTER the two met, and is supposed to show Naomasa helping All Might with the damage that a villain caused him. He's helping re-dress the wound to be clear.
And if I could direct your attention to All Might's left side, where his scar is, this is post-the All for One fight. He's only in his muscle form to make it easier for Naomasa to help him. I'm also aware of the spin-off Manga, and how it plays some years before Izuku meets All Might.
