Prompt 1; Yasahiro - Male - Nomad - Telepathy and Light

I was surprised by the war when I first heard of it. I guess I grew up sheltered from the events of the pride, rebels, and anyone else in that area or related to these groups and the war itself. I didn't even hear about the pride, let alone the rebels, before meeting the girl of my dreams who has taught me so much and continues to teach me. It is sad to see so many fighting over petty reasons such as power. If we could all just see the good in others or realize life is more valuable then power then maybe this war would stop. The war saddens me, that is probably the best way to describe how I feel about the war, saddened. I wish to stay uninvolved in the war and just spend my time living peacefully with my girl, bond with her and make her happy.
What I look forward to the most after the war? Well, I look forward to living in peace and maybe travelling. I could explore with my girl without worrying that someone could attack us or potentially kill her. My peaceful nature does not allow me to protect her as effectively as I would like with all these dangers threatening our love and relationship. Maybe we can settle down and have a family of our very own! I would love to have a family and children, but I would want my children to grow up in a more peaceful world where I know the chances of them being taken away from us early is much lower then they are now. Even leaving my children fatherless or them being motherless is not something I can allow, children should be able to grow up with both their parents to guide the way and I am not the kind of lion to do that to my own cubs.

The Blood Moon has spread across the galaxy?! I used to hate being a lion of the Blood Moon, I used to hate seeing that red sphere up in the sky looming over me like an awful reminder, I had finally gotten over that for if it was not for the Blood Moon then I would not be with Eztli or have such an amazing family. But the screams... I can still hear the screams. I was born of the Blood Moon, Eztli was born of the Blood Moon, does that mean other creatures could also be born of the Blood Moon? Not just lions? What kind of threats have been born into this galaxy and why are we so helpless to stop it? Struggling through a battle all about power while others are out there potentially being threatened by new beings of great power, or new beings who were as frightened as I was about being thrown into a strange new life. But does this mean this war has also moved beyond our planet? How many others are at war or destined to war against each other while we are caught up in our own petty problems.
This fact scares me. The sound of screams, the smell of blood, the cold darkness that engulfed me, and the heavy invisible chains. How many of those screams belonged to lions and how many belonged to creatures from the worlds our kind used to protect? Was the blood river that flowed mixed with the life of creatures from all across the galaxy, creatures that now must gaze upon the omen that was but a warning but is now a dark symbol? I don't want others like myself to suffer because others fear us, but I also want to protect the innocent from those who have been born of the moon with darkness in their hearts. I will keep all in my thoughts and hope the moon with soon leave us alone, that this war can soon end.
