thenas I have not seen much help or correct image to the skirt of Aerith in Crisis Core, I am tempted to make a tutorial of sorts of reasons / blue lace dress
pattern of design :

the measures depend of your skirt longer. for my skirt I made three strips of laces (two small and one large for the end of the skirt) with different larger and longer for skirt pattern.
I hope to help the people who want make Aerith crisis core cosplay.
I know , is a long hard work but I think is the most realistic
