Good ol' wishy washy charlie brown.Did this tonight after flicking through my old comic albums. I saw charlie brown and I thought it would make a great emoticon.
I used this image for a referance.
WIP is here , it took about half an hour, 99 frames.

Hi, Narf: very cute smilies. But since you're so good at smilies, could you please answer me a question about some? I saw a designer's website, at "SML World, Simple Smiley Design" which seems to be smilies designers' website, and I would just love to buy copies of some of them,or get copies of them,but I see that the whole website is in German. They are some of the best,and they're all in German,and they would not answer my email in English. Now,if those little smilies are all on that website,running around, how can I get a copy of them, other than buying them? I mean, I emailed and offered to buy copies.But no one ever answered me. I don't want to steal them!!! Do you know the people I am talking about? "SML World, Simple Smiley Designs"? They even have simpson smilies,and it seems to a website especially for the designers;however, some of these are so good,and I've never seen them anywhere. Any ideas? Would not most designers let you pay to have a copy? It does look like there is a gallery,and shopping there, but really, this is very difficult. Could someone on the European chatroom help me with this? (It is in German,too, I noticed.) I am even seriously thinking of taking a German language class, just so I can start reading the German-speaking smilie websites, cause they are so brilliant. Their work is wonderful. If you don';t know about them, go to that website,and see if you agree. Smilies are a hobby of them,and I love to collect the tiniest, cutest ones I can find. yours are so cute,too.
