edit3: If you are having issues editing the PSD color please check the PNG stash folder! There are lots of colors available for both Class's! Also, the color of the crystals does not have to be your tail color! It can be whatever color you feel brings out your character nicely on the application!

edit2: Changed the file to make the color easier to change on some programs where there was issues changing it before. (it would change the color of the outlines as well, now it wont )
edit: also as a new thing for design rules (to those who are already in the group) Tail markings can be whatever you want! Instead of the cats being born with them, the lore will be changed so that the markings are painted on with a white crystal made pigment while they are kittens, and the color shows as the cat grows older. The eyes will still have some of the color in them, and the kittens still have eyes that are 100% the color their tails will become. The only thing that has really changed is that the tail markings can be whatever design you want it to be! It could have flowers, hearts, any design you can think of! Just as long as it still follows the color code for the different classes!
