Description The granite of the Buttermilk at the base of the Eastern Sierrras with 14,252ft White Mountain in the background.

In my teenage years this was a place that my friends and I used to come for solitude and we spent many days/nights out here. But recently, the last couple years, this area has become extremely popular with the bouldering (boulder climbing) community and now I think its pretty much impossible to be out there alone anymore. Sad really.

Good color on this one! I love the Buttermilks. Did you go up an extra couple miles and capture the falls?

I really like that you can see the mountains in the background. What a lovely area... Makes me think of New Mexico with the granite and the barren land.
