A kind of elves that inhabit the almost arctic forest "Eiswald" in a world that I am designing right now.
Well, actually there are a lot of different tribes of elves in this area and some even live together with other species.
Most of them might look grim and dangerous, but overall their society is much more oben than that of the "High Elves", for example 
It´s just their homeland that made them a little more ruthless.
