It's not that much canon, more like acknowledged officially.
One-directionally, hehehe.
Still, with all those Hinata fans in the crew (it was mentioned pretty openly in an omake), there IS a chance.
Moreover, I have a feeling that IF Sasuke survives till the end, he WILL make a 180-turn and come back to his pink monster.
Which automatically leaves Naruto FREE, and maybe (just maybe) he'll get smarter by that time, so he will actually see, who really loves him ever since.
Still, Kishimoto can effectively make him ignore even direct confessions, while in "WAR MODE".
Which will stop eventually, so...
Also, I have a slight tingling feeling that we will even see Naruto's PARENTS being revived through some secret technique, though this is very unlikely, even if possible.
I do hope that the "Serious Warrior Mode" which automatically precludes romance, will end up in the last few episodes/chapters.
We shall see, we shall see...

Seriously, I don't think naruhina need sasuke back to make it happen, we just need to know what naruto really thinks about hinata and sakura, because after sakura's confession, naruto didn't say a word about love relationship...he could have stoped loving sakura in that way, he could have started liking hinata, he could still liking sakura, he could like sakura and hinata at the same time and have a doubt about which one he have to choose, I don't know there's many possibilities...
It's very hard to see minato being revived since he's sealed in the death god, I don't think that some jutsu could avoid the death god, kushina isn't sealed she just died, so kushina being revived is possible, she could have been an edo tensei by the way, unfortunately kabuto didn't found her body...or kishi didn't wanted to make her an edo, it would be cruel to naruto, killing his mother...not too cool you know?
Maybe I can be wrong, orochimaru can do anything!
I would love to see minato alive, I imagine he helping naruto and kicking some asses with his velocity xD

Well, I was being nice to all sides, you now.
And as of Orochimaru - I can't see him as a good guy.
Not that I hate him, but I haven't seen any reason for him to suddenly switch back.
(Well, I did NOT see the whole Shippuden, so I might've missed some.)
As of Sasuke, he's simply being crazy from his revenge drive, but since both Itachi and Danzo are long dead, he might calm down eventually, only Kishi knows.
And I also don't want to leave Sakura so unhappy.
Even if she's basically a pink monster (under the tutelage of a blond one), hehehe.
I'd rather see the NEW generation ending up happy...
Otherwise, the level of unhappiness in the series would be exorbitant in MY opinion...
Anyways, many months yet to actually know the outcome...

Pause the MANGA for the ANIME to catch up.
