Well excuse me, I DIDN'T color it straight from the manga panel because it's impossible for me to color it without lineart. You see I'm not that good at drawing lineart, but I used AI to make the lineart.
If you notice, if you just clean the white part via selecting it (with PS usually) you will find some white spots on the lineart. That's why I need to RETRACE it and make sure there's no white spots on it.
If you think that I used multiply, or any color blend to color so I don't need to make the new lineart, then you are wrong. I always make a new lineart to color. It might be barely different from the original panel because I used AI's Live Trace that automatically retrace what it found can be retraced. So SORRY about my lack of skill to RETRACE the lineart myself. I'm still learning here how to use pen tool (yeah I'm sucks at using that) so I can retrace it myself soon in the future (hopefully).
If you still don't believe me, I can give you my lineart so you can compare it with the real one.

First off, calm down. I'm not waving any authority at you, I'm just informing you about the rules.
Don't bother replying if you're going to respond with your sarcastic attitude because it's completely unnecessary.
If it's the use of AI, then it's a simple misunderstanding because the two look exactly alike. I suggest to make the lineart from scratch yourself, otherwise it will result to confusion.

Huh really? okay sorry about that. And shouldn't you say something after judging someone have done something they didn't do and threaten to report their work?
If you just want to say that "your lineart is still look like the original panel of the manga, please fix it or it could be consider as art thief", just say so. You shouldn't have acted like you have authority here. Because what you said here:

is already offended some people (like me). So again, sorry for me being sarcastic and thank you for reminding me about the rules.
Just hope this whole month I'm not that busy with my college so I can try draw my own lineart for this.

As I said, it's a simple misunderstanding. I'm used to staring at AI's tracing and it shouldn't look as thin and clean as the original scans. AI's tracing is pretty bulky, so I assumed you used the original scan.
That wasn't really a threat, a month is quite long and taking that much time to choose underhandedly tells me that you're ignoring the rules. If I was waving authority and really threatening you, I would have reported your work and labeled you as an art thief. I'm just spreading the news because not everyone is aware. After a month, THEN you deserve to be labeled as an art thief because you have been warned. Me informing you about the tolerance towards copy infringement is the same as a DA moderator restating the rules and consequences.

How... well I use Paint Tool SAI, since (for most people) it's easy for coloring and mixing the colors, of course drawing too.
I use different layers for each part of body color.
Ex: skin color --> base color (peach), shade (chocolate), and light (white) those colors are in different layers so they won't mix when you wanna fix them again. But make sure to put them in one folder.
And then I use some blur on the color so it will mix nicely.
Final touch, use one or some colors (on the most top layer, it will cover the picture) then use multiply as the layer blending, it will blend with the picture with new color without covering the picture anymore.

Ah, so epic. When Ichigo is in the pinch, he remembers his pride about the fact that he became shinigami for a first time to protect his precious friends. And it makes sense of him remembering Rukia since Rukia is precious for him.

Yep, Rukia had changed Ichigo's boring life (since Ichigo was introduced as a rookie kenka banchou who just wanted to fight many punks-I remember his fight with Reiichi Oshima in a story featured him and Chad-and studied so no more people bothering about his natural orange hair) to a precious life.
