Ahhh because I dont have one and I really wanted to get into digital coloring and I can't really find any good tutorials on how to cg without a tablet :/ Especially lineart, it's a pain in the butt

Weeell... You can use mouse in Paint Tool SAI by using linework layer, there you can make lines and move, fix, correct and edit them as you wish. I used that layer when I was without a tablet, and still use time to time, but right now I use tablet to draw more faster
