Mermaid,Merman?,Mitsuboru!Boruto was just swimming by when Mitsuki fell off his yacht and hit his head on rock,so he helped him before he could drown.
He gets so flustered when Mitsuki calls him beautiful,he just jumps back in the water and swims home. His face is all red when he tells Naruto he wasn't sure if he should have be complimented or embarrassed when Mitsuki called him beautiful,that he just panicked and swam off.
