I kinda got that problem a lot of times,actually...
It usually happens whenever a un-needed joint is in the model (like random joints that have no use at all)
And you just need to delete the correct joint and save it as new in case you deleted the wrong joint
(I dunno why but It happens MOST of the time in PMXe...)
