I kind of based this off the anime Elfen Lied, when Mariko comes out. I love Sakura alot, and this isn't me hating on her! I have a story in my head about this scene. But I don't feel like typing it all at the moment. But if you do want to know whats happening, just ask. I'll put a story up later.

Well, It starts off with konoha being invaded by the Akatsuki because they heard konoha in storing a secret weapen. And with the kyuubi with them too, konoha is incredibly powerful. So the akatsuki go their Asap before their weapen is truly perfected. They split up looking. And Itachi finds this odd room with one huge door. So he opens it. And out comes Sakura.Beaten and bloody. She was the weapen. And thats this pic. And then Itachi takes Sakura into his care. For he feels sympathy for what they did to her. And when the Akatsuki meet back up. He lies about finding Sakura. Yeah, thats all i got so far... idk. xD

It would match up with Mariko more evenly though... maybe Itachi finds the explosives and when eather Pain or Madara try to use Sakura Itachi could turn on the Akatsuki and destroy them... or something.
