They're going to keep leveling up till' they become evil. Its in their blood. Goku's origin is he was sent to earth to destroy it. But he had a change of heart. He can only deny it for so long, because just like the Japanese, he's all about the challenge. He gets a thrill off of finding someone better. This concept leads to corruption and then death, because there's nothing left on that path to challenge them to obtain. When everything is won, there's nothing else left but self destruction. This is out of the minds of the creators, and the creators create things that is like themselves,...even seldomly. This is the mentality and way of the Japanese gene culture. Even though not all may agree to the same,...the overall is stays the same.
