Neru Akita "Oshaberi ni tsukiatte <3 ^.^ <3" this is my first time drawing Neru, I love the way that she is sassy yet cute ^^ i wanted to draw in a shojoish style with big eyes 0.0
I love coloring eyes 8D plz comment and critque ^^

Eyes are probably the second hardest for me to draw (hair is the hardest XD) so I like looking at the way you color and draw the eyes of your different characters. For the dots in the background did you use a filter or something?

yeah i have trouble making them the same size XD (legs are the hardest for me XD)

for the dots, I actually make a bg layer then use the polygonal lasso tool to select the area for the dots then just make the brush size smaller as I go down and it turns out like this ^^ then I used the burn tool and made it dark at the top and dodge tool to make it light at the bottom ^^ it was fun 8D
