recommend listening to: Entraik - C'est La VieAlthough it took all day, but I wanted to practice speedpainting oTL
portrayed here is Petra ((c) AngelicHellraiser ) who is not fond of winter as it freezes up trees so she can't communicate with them. The trees in here are frozen weeping willows (as inspired by Frozen - yes I finally watched it too *__*)

oh, no worries what so ever. I have been exceptionally inactive myself because of RL. I mean this piece was submitted last April, if I recall... so it's really been awhile. I'm hoping to get back whenever I get the chance. Apologies on my part as well.

This is amazing. You have really improved! She's beautiful and the colors you used are in perfect sync with each other.. I can't get my eyes of that hair.. it so fine and looks like thread, beautiful color as well.. anatomy is accurate.. I can't find anything that would bother my eye.. she looks like a goddess

I used speedpainting very vaguely here. To some people it means that they're given some specific time to themselves to complete something. Some mean it in the sense that they don't have an idea of what they want to do beforehand and they just paint away until they get an idea. Others refer to a specific painting technique while painting which doesn't use line art as such...sorry, that may have been confusing..

Hi. I'm here via Rising-Artists Feedback Corner #12. I couldn't tell who was next in line, so I just decided to leave a comment on everyone involved in the top level comment.
I really like this piece. Something about the shape and flow of your dress and the blend of colors reminds me of a peacock. I also really dig the sharp contrast between the cool, frozen background and the warm colors up front. My favorite feature is, of course, the hair, whose texture and shading is fantastic and avoids a lot of the pitfalls people fall into when they do purple.
I'm not sure I'm qualified to give a suggestion in improvement given the difference between us in artists, but I strongly recommend you check her spinal and pelvic anatomy against photographs of real people or the species she's supposed to be for future reference. I get the impression that her waist is much smaller on one side than the other, and possibly that her spin is twisted differently than her ribcage. It may not be wrong, but if there were anything here to double check, it would be that.
