Description Another sketch of a Slam Dunk charachter, this time representing Ryota Miyagi.
Once again, while I was drawing this, I found the confirm of Inoue's mad pencils skills. His style is superb, it's really difficult to reproduce his sketches.
I'm not satisfied of the result of this one, maybe I'll try to do it again.
Still, I want to dedicate this little gift to , who was so nice to give me a Premium Membership.

And I feel sorry for the bad quality of this drawing, but I'll try to replace it with something better and more elaborated.

L' ho confrontato con l'originale ed perfetto**!
L'unica cosa(ed è infinitesimale) forse gli occhi di Inoue sono leggermente più chiusi, ma potrebbe essere dovuto al fatto che tu hai calcato di più rispetto al maestro

Sì, hai ragione, ho provato a fare gli occhi leggermente più grandi perchè nella tavola originale mi parevano un po' troppo sornioni, se così posso dire.
Però non so mai come sistemare i contrasti con lo scanner e sembrano ancora più scuri!

Ti ringrazio tanto! beh, inizialmente non avevo intenzione di riprodurre l'intera serie, ma ormai che ci siamo e visto che non ho tempo per disegni più impegnativi direi che proverò a fare anche il Gorilla e Quattrocchi XD
E voglio vedere le tue nuove creazioni al più presto!

Beh, non fraintendere, per me Takehiko Inoue è SEMPRE impegnativo, ma questi sono pur sempre schizzi, non portano via così tanto tempo! sono quasi due anni che non faccio un disegno impegnativo, ne sento un po' la mancanza a dir la verità T_T
Vabbè, per ora mi accontento di questi, l'importante è che siano di Slam Dunk

you really didn't have to but thankyou. it's such a really good sketch too! (i have the original one at home in the ten days after book) you've got most of it down pat, and i think that's pretty awesome. but you know, i would like to see a bit more personal touch from yourself added into them as well so it's a bit more clearer that you had drawn them useing the originals as reference. i know i can tell, but if you put a tad more of your own personal self into the image it does show and makes it som much better.

Thank you so much! Yes, I have the Ten Days After too ! and I copy from it XD
You're right, I actually drew them by using the references and following them without any particular personal touch. Let's say they were more a sort of exercise than a real drawing for me, because Inoue's style is particularly difficult to reproduce. Especially in this sketch, I found some difficulties I didn't found in the previous ones ( maybe for the angle of the pose, maybe for the subject, I had never tried to portray Miyagi before, even if I love this charachter ). My intention would be to try to create something on my own, but it takes a lot of time. I really hope to have the chance to show you something more soon, but I will be very busy with my studies till summer holidays, so I have to settle for some sketches for now.

that's quite alright, i know what it's like to get busy, i've just gotten over the cazyness of easter hot-cross buns at work and now we've started another charity funrasier for mothers day that's getting pretty full on

it is, but after 4 years you get used to it. been ab it busy so i've missed my weekly comic page postings last week, so hopefully i can make up for it this week. we are now one baker short and i'm working longer and earilyer hours than normal (i'm starting at 11pm till 10-10:30am) but i'm still managing to squeeze some arts out here and there.

Inutile dirti che mi piace tantissimo! Credo che nessun altro riesca a copiare lo stile di Inoue come fai tu Potresti fargli praticamente da assistente!
Secondo il mio modesto parere è assolutamente perfetto,non c'è bisogno di rifarlo è incredibile!!!!

bah, sarà che forse è il ritratto dei beoti dello Shohoku che mi convince meno tra quelli fatti da Inoue... non saprei. Vabbè, è andato.
