I wish more clinics had design like that. Navigation looks really awesome. I have read some comments so I must agree with those who say that those stock images isn't something very needed here.

Good Layouting and a really clean contentsection.
The green gradient looks great but I think its really to strong here. In addition I hate this stockimage of this doctor, its used on thousands designs in the web.

I use to make something like this..nice sleek but one thing I learned :
1.dont use too much picture perfect images...yeah they look nice but users are wise now... the images you used are so much looking like canned
2. There's a thin line of this look between something bought...from template monster or other sites that offer pre-made websites..you know what I mean...
