Description
I recently revived an old old manga project i shelfed because of sudden passion (how long will it last). redid the original cover. It is still a potential manga project because of severe time constrainb. sigh. The girl in the picture is called Kira. hmm...more plots won't be revealed but it is inspired by cardcaptor sakura (clamp). The storyline is still under my imagination's construction. not fixed yet. hope it will work! lol..Related content

Thanks.^^ lol..i know it looks like hers. but the pose and the picture was already done long ago when I have a manga collaboration with my friends 'Puredreams'. (it didn't work out) It was also of a girl lying down in the fields, except her eyes is closed and her hands that in a diff. position.

However, i AM a fan of hiro's work and the inspiration to redo the cover and start the manga project again is because of her recent work.

huh? i didn't use hers as reference. Its just that looking at manga cover reminded me of mine and i was compelled to try and redo it. Referencing means looking at how she place the pose and stuff right?
*sounds defensive* -___________- Most of my drawings aren't referenced thats why they look weird eg. akward position. oh. But i did study at her choice of colours. because i find them very soothing.^^

err... her legs look kinda short...... a hint... you palm can only reach half your tighs when standing staight.. by the way nice colour and special effects how you do em?

hehe..i think its cos the hands are too long thats why it looks short..cause when you estimate the body lenght with the legs, it is more than 2 and a half times which is the optimal lenght i think..as for the special effects, simple photoshop brushes + manipulation.^^
