Description
Concept sketch for an upcoming drawing with Bee and Kaida. I love the soutern chinese lions and have been trying to develop my own design for them. I have actually been playing around with different chinese lion designs for several years, and never could settle on one. Yep...YEARS. Today I finally decided on a hybrid between the southern and northern lions. There are still a few kinks to work out of the design, but I think it's coming along pretty well. Suggestions would be welcome!Materials: copy paper, red pencil, mechanical pencil
