Description I have sleeping troubles, for some reason I can't fall asleep even if I'm really tired. So, while I try to relax I've been listening to Donkeyboy (awesome Norwegian band) and imagining that Yosuke, Teddie and Naoto are singing. xD

It's really fun. And Donkeyboy's music makes me feel very nice and calm. 'Awake' is one of their songs and it actually kinda suits for Yosuke too, so I decided to draw something. I ended up making that cut and glue work I was talking about, but the fun part is that none of the materials I used were the ones I bought recently (except the white pen).

Edit: I forgot to mention that the shading is totally surreal and I know it. XD So don't pay attention to it.

Ah, I saw on Facebook that you where following the Donkeyboy club. So I was like "How does she know about that band..? o.o". I mean, I just got to know about that band myself like a half a year ago or something. Plus it's a norwegian band. 8D But that's cool, I also like that band ^^ My favourite songs from them are Sometimes and Ambitions. :3

I saw their music video for Ambitions last week or so and I fell in love with their music right away. I don't listen much radio or anything so I don't know how long they've been public in Finland, but apparently they are pretty popular in here. My favorite songs are Stereolife, Ambitions, Awake, Sleep In Silence and Promise Kept... Well, I love all the songs really. TT^TT

Their music is really calming indeed<3 I think I got to know them trhough the radio. There was a time when they played it everywhere. Now they've changed it over to the song "Somtimes". ^^
Now, that I think of it.. I think I've only heard like 3 songs of them. o.o Gotta listen to more of them.

No, not always, but every now and then. Two years ago or so I had sleeping problems, then they went away, started again in.. November or December. :/

Sleeping problems are awful, I know. x__x I can only wish that it gets better for you anytime.
Lol, at least now I know I'm not the only one who listen to music and imagine random characters singing it. XDD
The drawing is really adorable and symbolic indeed. The cut and glue part was really engenious, I've never thought of doing a BG this way before. And I wouldn't notice the shading if you didn't warn about it. 8D

I just always do that stripe shading thing under people's chin and now it happened to be on the same side as the sun is, damn. xD

I don't have to go to school or work so even if I can't sleep at night I could sleep during the day.. But it's not very nice, I'd like to be awake when everyone else is and sleep when I'm supposed to. TTwTT

Oh, I see, I'm pretty much the same. ;_; I also don't have anything else to do during the day now but I also don't like being awake when everybody is asleep. It's better to be awake with them andhave fun!
