I tried to portray Laurel from the book "Wings"written by Aprilynne Pike.I know that Laurel hasn't fairy wings, but flower petals on her back, but I prefer portray her in this way.

This is really beautiful and the colors you used are wonderfully put together but I think she looks too much like a little girl in this...Love the idea of the wings they're pretty!

I initially wanted to try drawing together Laurel and Tam, when they were young, but for lack of time I have drawn only Laurel. I decided to add wings later to enrich the picture, but in fact his first flower blooms only when she was sixteen.
