Hee. Β Friends of ours with their young daughter have a cthulhu stuffed toy for her; she's had it since she was a baby and so I already associated cthulhu with cute things. XD

Well, I guess even a terrifying creature directly born from Lovecraft's mind was young at some point. Always wondered if he is a mix of squid and dragon.... perhaps. I guess in this form he is not as dangerous as... wait, he is technically even more dangerous, if he uses his power without much control. This world is doomed. But well, that means I got some freetime later on.
Most lovely is how accurate you stayed with usual depictions of Cthulu while making them cute for the pupose of a younger version. The trick are the eyes and non-threatening pose I would say.
