I'm back from a weekend in Tuscany.I had a great time there and the chance to shoot a lot of beautiful scenery and architectural photos.
You'll se more in the next days.
About this pic: it was shot at 300mm.

I like this - especially that the sun and grain are on opposite sides. I've tried to do this sort of thing before but was never that satisfied with it, and I think I know why now (the grass and setting sun were too close together). Nice shot.

It's moments like this I feel like I'm cheating with photography... Nature paints such beautiful vistas for us and all we can hope is to capture a part of that magnificence.
The colours are beautiful, and make an odd contrast against the very dull grey. The plant on the left is placed perfectly to fill the void of colour, and bring balance to the shot, but it needed to be in focus - for a shot this simple, every element is essential, and the blur just doesn't make for comfortable viewing. It's a great shame as well, because otherwise this shot may well have been flawless, but if you didn't make mistakes however would you learn

I definitely can't wait until we see more. This is great because now i have a better idea of what the Tuscany is like. I plan to study abroad in Cortona in spring next year hmm so maybe i'll also get a chance to see such AMAZING views. I'm looking forward to more as I wish to learn more about the area before i actually go.

Wonderfull colors, also the atmosphere in this shot is truley excellent. Specially the part of the sun is great. Could you provide some more technical Info about it, I tryed a simmilar shot earlier this year and it didn#t worked that well.q
