so I started listening Welcome to Night Vale and even though it's kinda hard for me to understand all stuff without reading transcripts - I can say for sure, that it's one of my favorite things now.And yeep... Guess how my version of Cecil looks like

Amazing. Just started listening like a week ago, and it's actually hard to pace myself with the episodes haha.
Question: When is Cecil described? From a quick search i did here on dA everybody seems to picture him with strange neck tattoos and a third eye. Did I mis anything?

Β those tattoos are headcanon as well as third eye(and stuff like that), and there's actually no particular picture of him, since he doesn't describe himself...so obviously you didnt miss anything (:
