Overall, this is a very composed and well executed photograph. The only thing I will critique is that the lighting on the girl from the far left differs from the two sitting down, as does her appearance compared to theirs. The two sitting down appear to be a pair, while the one standing seems to stand out slightly. This only appears based by their outfits, hair, skin-tone, and the light illuminating them. I believe the impact would remain without her, and the picture would still get your point across. However, your use of levels is impressive and the way they are all connected impacts the picture positively as well.
