I love the mood and tones here. The model has done an excellent job at showing distress. My only small critique/suggestion would be to next time if you do a similar shoot/pose have her hand (the one on her face) be a little more relaxed, it looks a bit unnatural and posed here, her pinky and thumb looking slightly awkward and it's a bit distracting from the rest of the photo. Other than that really awesome shot.
