I think it could use a few more details to sell the underwater environment more.
Maybe the tops of plants near the bottom, or some debris/fish/bubbles in the foreground of the lower third. Or maybe some more light rays and caustics near the top to establish more depth.
The hair and her scales are spectacular. Nice work.
