I had way too much fun drawing this one. Possibly the most accurate portrait of the old-fart as of yet!Inspired by Disney's "Tangled"; absolutely loved the character styles and expressions in this one.

I donΒ΄t know, somehow I have just gotten fed up with disney designs and just movin to 3D element isnΒ΄t really that big change, actually I was pretty freaked out with those humongous eyeballs of the characters which just seemed to show up even more in 3D...
IΒ΄d say that you would rule and own all if you were made to be the next head concept artist in the next disney animation, but because disney has this soul robbing policy, I wouldnΒ΄t ever even dream something like that to talent like you!

Tell me about it! Disney over here working on a short movie, and two friends of mine are working on set and makeup. They said it is one of the worst experiences they've ever had. Little short of slavery and absolute detachment. Not a 'magical' experience at all - they said.
I think Dreamworks is way better than Disney, and I would be honored if I could work with THEM - not Disney. Watched Megamind a few days ago, I hadn't cracked up that hard since Ice Age I.

Really liking the color palette and the style on this one. It's definitely got a distinct Disney flavor to it, but I can still see your own in there. 
Hmm. I'd say he's watching some mounted recruits trying to show off with some tight turns around a bunch of trees and one of them just took a low-hanging branch to the face.
