This is Leah's Speedix Wings try-out... had asked me to upload her wings since...GOD KNOWS WHEN!!
I'm so sorry, Kuba... please excuse my extreme laziness!
Well, I haven't completed her pose for these pairs of wings yet, and I couldn't keep Kuba waiting, so I've uploaded this pose for the time being.

wow how do you color the lineart?

Well, you make two duplicate layers for the lineart, right? So then lock the two layers and change the mode from Normal to Lighten. When you add colour to the layers, the black lineart will only be coloured, and the picture will stay the same.^^
