Here she finally is!For those of you who don't know, this is Violet. She is my OC and she is a Saiyan that I came up with in my new story, I Don't Want To Be A Monster .
I feel like in a way I cheated or something because all I did was draw me as a Saiyan XD . Violet was inspired by me, and I feel kind of egotistical about it, buuuuuuut I'm not sorry. I've always wished that I had violet colored eyes(that is a thing), or even blue. Since my hair is so dark, I always thought those two colors would have looked nicer with my hair then my dark brown eyes. Also, purple and blue are my favorite colors anyway so there's that

So that's Violet. Well she sure keeps the King's genes like her brother's do and she definitely got their smirk down flat mater of fact all Saiyans have that kind of smirk! She looks pretty awesome and she has beautiful eyes like her mother though their blue like Trunks' and she MAN she sure has that Saiyan look to her, but her hair looks nothing equal to a Saiyan's.

In the picture it looks blue like Trunks' for some reason. I don't know why because in person it looks like it's supposed to, violet. I didn't want to give her the stereotypical Saiyan hair, but I might end up doing eventually anyway if I ever get around to redesigning her! Thanks so much, my friend

Heh yeah it might the coloration. It's okay if you don't want to give the typical spiky hair of a Saiyan, but then it would some what good on her maybe just not too spiky, I mean it's not Saiyan doesn't change once greased XD

Yeah! I'm mean I remember when Goku took a bath as kid his hair was flatter than Shugesh's and almost looked like Raditz's hair so Saiyan hair doesn't change necessarily. XD
Hey you what I found out the other day? I found out what Chinese Zodiac signs of Vegeta and Goku.
I found out that Vegeta was born under the year (Age 735/1969) of the what else? The Monkey! Yes even as the Saiyan prince his heritage shows no bounds and is never far from his race (way to go Toriyama!). Goku (Age 737/1971) was born under the Pig/Boar…it would make a lot since he is not to bright nor good with table manners and most of their zodiac's personalties fit them well XD
What's even crazier is that the Monkey is suppose to avoid the Pig! Yep so even before their first encounter after Nappa and Vegeta came to earth these two Saiyans were destined to have rivalry XD

I don't if he did, He revealed most the character's birth years on the Daizenshuu 7, I would like to ask in person though cause it was funny to find out But if he did place their birthdays on those years on purpose, then Toriyama is a freaking genius!
Yep it's amazing what you learn from gathering info on you're favorite Anime, I was going to do Nappa, but his birth is not exactly accurate and I wouldn't want to unravel his big mystery.
I also wanted to do Raditz, but calculating Vegeta's age and Goku's birth year at the time of Planet Vegeta's destruction, he is probably in his that he was in 30's (so he was born sometime in Age 732 or Age 731 (1965-1966 in reality). So on that note I think he might be born as a Dragon (Rock the Dragon ) or get this...THE YEAR OF THE SNAKE!

After thinking about I got so many ideas after looking this up so you might see some Dragon Ball Z fanart of the Saiyans as their zodiacs animals or a least a manifestation of them. OHHHHHH I'm getting so excited! X3
Ironically if he was snake (which mostly likely he is) he would have to avoid the pig....in this case his own brother , but if a dragon then he must of been a great friend to Vegeta when they were younger.
Also I found out what Nappa's zodiac animal is!

Hehehe Don't worry I'll get started on them sometime this week, I just hope they'll came out good the way I imagined them.
As for Nappa he was born on the year of the Tiger! From the back of my mind I had that feeling he was a tiger from the start, his personality and background fit the description to a tee. As if Nappa couldn't get any cooler or meaner his zodiac animal is one of the biggest cats to walk the earth! It all written on his face, Nappa is a very hasty thinker and won't stop to start to make a good greeting putting his fun for destruction in priority more than his mission (As you saw what he did to East City and his plan to challenge Vegeta in GT), but he is very foward in his dialect and won't hesitate to what he needs to say. He is also very loyal to his royals and has been known to be tolerant of them (this is known from the countless of times being with Vegeta) and he easily won Vegeta's trust as a kid. Nappa is was truly faithful to his rank, pride and protecting Vegeta (no matter the circumstances). Tigers are very intelligent too, so most likely our belligerent Saiyan was the saiyan scientist who created the first Saibamen since he is very fond of growing them like his own hobby (This shows that Nappa could have dubbed down his intelligence in order to protect Vegeta from Frieza as stated in the fanfic Being of Sound Mind and Body). Like the tiger in the zodiac, Nappa is of the highest rank born to a royal family and tigers are often seen as generals and emperors which exactly what Nappa was when he commanded the Saiyan army and the Planet Trade Organization. Nappa is also brave and powerful, but is brutality cruel and follows his royals, He is also somewhat valiant (seen during the filler episode on Arlia) and pretty much would like to feel like a hero and shows sympathy to save his comrades. Nappa is very cocky and tends to show himself off at lot thinking there is no one out there he can't handle (as we saw his refusal to back down from Goku), but his rash thinking lead to many severe consequences (i.g. his death by Vegeta). Nappa is seems to have no interest in long-term endeavors neither, but just rather have more fun and excitement (this is hinted many times in the anime and manga as he put his priorities out first before his missions such as the whole granting eternal youth wish) and get this...tigers are known to get into conflicts with highly authoritative figures, this is something we saw the brute Saiyan do against both Vegeta (when he refused to listen to his orders during the fight with the Z fighters and to stand down from his fight with Goku) and Frieza (whom he was going to try and fight when he humiliated the Saiyan and his comrades) (so it might be possible he had bad run-ins with the King too).
Nappa also is good with expressing himself as he does so when it comes to battle and or when someone weaker than him wounds him, he is also short-tempered like the tiger and this was shown profoundly in his fight with Goku and the Z fighters. He is also overconfident and saw in his battles. And get a load of this, tigers are said to be bad in communication and cooperation with others so my idea on Nappa being wished back and living on earth and staying in solitude rears it's ugly head once and again. There is just low chance of Nappa having a good friendship with of the Z Fighters instead of just being in a bad mood or using his harsh words and thus he'd would be lonely from the start. In Nappa's thoughts at best if he had lived would probably be "Why do I need to live on this backwater of a planet, why the hell did they wish me back for anyway!? No one likes me all we ever do is fight argue at each other and I can never surpass that backstabbing prince or that traitor Kakarot so why...WHY THE HELL AM I ALIVE FOR ANYWAY I'D BE BETTER HELL AGAIN THAN BE AROUND HERE! Tch compared to this place Hell is practically a saint! I feel like everything has gone down hill from here, my pride has already been scorned three times before and now its being stepped on my spirit!"
Ironically, Nappa death was written from the start of his life as it tigers are suppose to stay clear of MONKEYS (Vegeta) this is proven in the zodiac as a tiger's life during their middle age is uneven so anything of the unexpected could happen and since Nappa was physically in his 30's bad things were to come to this Saiyan from the start. When the day he first met Prince Vegeta was his written fate frm the start (poor Nappa). Also Tigers aren't good with serpents either (that goes for Dragons and Snakes) so he must have argued with and made fun of Raditz several times in his life. Turns out Nappa was born generally evil since he is a Yang in the Yin and Yang constellations (which usually stand for Good and Evil). I also found out that Nappa could be good friends with Krillin if he were to be wished back to life as Tigers and Dogs in the zodiac are a best match and it was cool to find this out since he and Krillin have a good relationship in TFS (two baldies think alike I guess) XD!
So even though He is born under the year of Tiger, Nappa's life was filled with sympathy and that his death was written from the start when he first met Vegeta. This goes to show you that Nappa is no doubt the most sympathetic character of Dragon Ball Z.
And since Nappa was born in the year of the Tiger he would've been between Age 704-705 (1938 and 1939) so Nappa's birthyear is greatly unfolding so I'm excited!

I don't think so Akira might have done without even knowing, but then again you're probably right about that because Dragon Ball's basic concept and design is based on Chinese religion so you could be right.
Y-Yeah I was shocked to find out how close in personality, Nappa was with the Tiger Zodiac how that may I tell us about how he acted during Frieza's reign that he might have actually dubbed down his intelligence to protect his fair prince, Nappa is a true tragedy hero , but besides that I was pretty much shocked to find out that me and Krillin are dog buddies , but I not to happy to know Hercule is also under that zodiac...NO! But yeah the descriptions fit like a glove, also Nappa kinda looks like a tiger in some aspects X3
And him and Nappa in TFS are the best of buds after watching Baldies Play and while for hanging with Vegeta it's always a lovers spat! XD

Yeah it is and I love it, but I don't think it will ever happen, but it would be cool to see Krillin play Carnivores that dinosaur shooting game or to see Vegeta and Nappa play Godzilla Destroy All Monsters Melee.
And I also know this, even in TFS Nappa is a sore loser all the way and I hope Vegeta wins again soon! XD

Yeah Vegeta POWER ! Here was what I was thinking Vegeta first plays as King Ghidorah (they pretty much have something in common) and Nappa plays as Megalon and then in the other rematches with playing other monsters especially in grand finale with Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah!
Vegeta wins for the majority and taunts Nappa for it. What do you think of that? XD
Also found out that bastard Frieza will be coming back to life in the new DBZ movie.

Well I'm a little excited to be frank I was hoping for Nappa (I can't think of any other DBZ villain canon to the manga and episodes that would best be considered the Worst Wish) , Nappa is actually the least you'd except to be revived and is pretty much a danger to society and Vegeta so I figured that Akira Toriyama would use him as a way to keep the fans guessing and taking out the exact obvious, but when I think of it now is that background plot would be difficult to go about, I mean heck who wants to revive Nappa? Poor Nappa.... XD
But yeah you're right now Vegeta will get his revenge and that will make him feel really good so again way to go Giant Green Scaly One!
